Terms & Conditions

We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy our stay with us and in order to ensure that happens we have some rules that we kindly ask that all of our visitors adhere to.

We will always communicate with our visitors if rules are being broken at first however we do reserve the right to ask persistent rule breakers to leave our site. We also reserve the right to refuse admission to our site whether a pitch has been booked or not, this is however very rare.​

• The arrival time is 2pm onwards daily, upon arrival please check in at reception or the bungalow.​ Please do not pitch without seeing someone as you will be asked to move. Where a particular pitch is requested although every effort will be made, we cannot guarantee pitches. The departure time is before 11am daily.​

• Smoking is not permitted in any public building on our campsite.

​

• Please note our campsite is next to a church and it has bells that chime according to the time.

​​

• Please keep dogs on leads at all times and under control whilst ensuring you clean up after your dog. ​Dogs are not permitted in the play area. 

​​

• Please do not put guy rope outside of your designated pitch area (white marker to white marker) as they will be moved or you may have to pay another pitch fee.

• Only one car to be parked by a caravan or tent at busy times.

​​

• Barbecues are allowed if kept off the grass, note we do not permit fires or fire pits.

• No loud music or noise after 11 p.m. Please respect other people who may be trying to sleep.

• If you require an electric pitch please ensure you pay for the electricity you use. We do not permit the use of generators, domestic electric heaters or equipment on any part of our campsite.​​​​

• We request children do not ride bicycles around caravans or tents for safety reasons and to prevent accidents. Children can play and make as much noise as they like on our family field.​​

• We do not offer refunds if someone decides to cut their stay short.​​​​​​​
